The Endless Club is operated by Endless FZC-LLC, registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you join or use The Endless Club membership platform, attend events, or interact with our communications.

Account and Identity
Your full name, email address, profile photo, and any information you provide when creating or updating your account.
Payment Information
Billing details including card type and last four digits. Full card numbers are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored by Endless.
Membership and Booking Activity
Your membership tier, join date, event bookings, attendance history, cancellations, guest pass usage, and referral activity.
Communications
Records of messages sent to or from our team, customer service interactions, and your marketing preferences.
Technical and Usage Data
Device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with our website and platform. This is collected via cookies and analytics tools.
Photography and Videography
By attending an Endless Club event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place. Images or footage in which you appear may be used on our platform, website, social media channels, and in digital marketing or email communications. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify our team before or at the event.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (where given), the performance of your membership contract, our legitimate interests in operating the club safely and effectively, and compliance with applicable UAE legal requirements including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
We share data only with trusted processors necessary to operate the club, including payment processors, our email platform (Klaviyo), analytics tools, and event management tools. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All processors are contractually required to protect your data in line with this policy.
If we transfer data outside the UAE, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. Following cancellation, we retain records for up to 24 months for legal, financial, and fraud-prevention purposes. After this period, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
By becoming a member, you agree to receive event notifications and member communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. You will still receive transactional messages related to your account and bookings.
