- How do I cancel my membership?
- Go to Account → Membership → Cancel membership. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
- How do I cancel a booking?
- Open the booking in My Bookings and tap Cancel. Cancellations made within 3 hours of an event count as a no-show.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
- I can't sign in — what should I do?
- Try the magic link option on the login page. If you still have trouble, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
