These Terms and Conditions govern your membership of The Endless Club, operated by Endless FZC-LLC ("Endless", "we", "us"). By joining, you agree to abide by these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued membership after notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
Personal Use Only
Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Only the person named on the account may attend events and access membership benefits. Memberships may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to another individual.
Guests
Members may not bring guests unless a guest pass has been specifically issued or redeemed through the platform. Any guest must create their own Endless Club account and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Membership Pricing
Members retain the monthly rate at which they joined for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. Endless reserves the right to adjust pricing for new members or upon membership renewal following cancellation. Any price changes affecting existing members will be communicated in advance with reasonable notice.
Trial Membership and Event Pricing
Trial members receive complimentary access to events included in the trial period. Events excluded from the trial are charged at the standard non-member ticket price. Trial membership does not include member pricing discounts on any events. Member event pricing is available exclusively to active paid monthly and annual members.
Payment
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their payment method remains valid and up to date. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment. Accounts where payment has failed for more than 7 days will be automatically downgraded to the free community tier, with event bookings suspended until payment is resolved.
Pausing Your Membership
Annual members may pause their membership once per annual billing period for 1, 2, or 3 months. You can choose to start your pause immediately or schedule it for a future date. Your renewal date extends by the same duration as your pause — so you never lose time you have paid for.
Monthly members may pause their membership immediately for 1, 2, or 3 months. Your membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause period.

Free trial
New members may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid membership and the card on file will be charged the applicable membership fee. If you do not want to be charged, cancel before your trial ends.
Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep full access to your membership benefits until that date. We do not cancel memberships part-way through a paid period, and no partial-period refund is issued for the remaining days. Any event bookings confirmed for dates after your membership expiry will be automatically cancelled.
Changes to your membership
Any change you make to your membership, including plan changes, upgrades or downgrades, made after billing for the current period has already been processed will take effect at the end of that billing period, not immediately. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Non-refundable
Membership fees are non-refundable. Tickets to events and experiences booked through the Club are non-refundable, except in the one circumstance set out below under "Event changes initiated by Endless." Outside that circumstance, this applies regardless of whether you attend an event, use your membership benefits, or change your mind after payment. If you do not want to be charged for your next billing period, you must cancel before your next billing date.
Annual memberships are non-refundable in full, including if you cancel part-way through the annual term. If you cancel an annual membership, you retain access until the end of the annual period you have already paid for; no partial refund is issued for the unused portion.
Event changes initiated by Endless
If Endless cancels, postpones, or reschedules an event after you have booked a ticket for it, and as a direct result you can no longer attend, you are entitled to a refund of that ticket.
This is the only circumstance in which a ticket refund is issued. It does not apply if you change your mind about attending, or if the change does not affect your ability to attend the event, for example a change of instructor or facilitator, or a minor detail change that does not prevent your attendance. It does not extend to membership fees, which remain non-refundable in all circumstances as set out above.
Endless-initiated cancellation
Endless may, at its sole discretion, cancel a membership immediately, for example in response to a breach of these Terms. Where Endless cancels a membership on this basis, any refund is at Endless's sole discretion. This is not a right available to members cancelling their own membership, and nothing in this clause creates an entitlement to a refund.
Membership Does Not Guarantee Event Access
Paying for a membership does not guarantee a space at any specific event. Event tickets are released on a set schedule and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the member's responsibility to book promptly when tickets are released.
Card on File
Members booking free events are required to have a valid card on file. This card is used solely to collect the late cancellation fee where applicable and will not be charged for the event itself.
Arrival and Check-In
Members are required to be checked in and ready for the event before the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may be admitted at the sole discretion of the Endless team or venue.
Late Arrival — Classes and Structured Events
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of a class or structured event, your attendance will be recorded as a no-show, regardless of prior notice.
Standard Cancellations
Members may cancel a booking at any time. We ask that cancellations are made as early as possible so that spaces can be released to other members.
Late Cancellations
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of an event's scheduled start time is treated as a late cancellation. A fee of AED 100 will be charged to the card on file for free event tickets. To avoid the fee, cancel before the 24-hour window via your account page. Members who are placed on the waitlist and confirmed by Endless within the 24-hour window will not be charged if they subsequently need to cancel.
No-Shows
A no-show is recorded when a member does not attend a booked event without cancelling in advance, cancels within the 24-hour window, or arrives more than 15 minutes late to a structured class. No-shows on free event tickets are subject to the same AED 100 late cancellation fee.
Repeated Cancellations
Three or more late cancellations or no-shows will result in a temporary suspension from event bookings. Endless reserves the right to apply further restrictions at its discretion.
Endless reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently cancel a membership under the following circumstances:
Free Tier Members
For members on the free community tier, Endless reserves the right to cancel any future event bookings if you do not attend a booked event without providing prior notice. Repeated instances may result in removal from the free tier.
The Endless Club is a strictly inclusive environment. We do not tolerate behaviour that is discriminatory, harassing, intimidating, or otherwise harmful to other members or the Endless team. This applies at events, online, and in any interaction connected to the club.
Endless reserves the right to immediately cancel any membership where behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without refund. Decisions on conduct are made at the sole discretion of Endless and are final.
Endless operates a referral programme where eligible members may receive a reward for introducing new paying members. Endless reserves the right to withhold or reverse any referral reward where suspicious activity is suspected, including but not limited to self-referral, coordinated abuse, or referrals that do not result in genuine memberships.
Endless reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event. Where we do this, affected bookings will be released and members notified as promptly as possible.
If you can no longer attend an event as a direct result of Endless cancelling, postponing, or rescheduling it after your ticket was booked, you are entitled to a refund of that ticket. This does not apply if the change does not affect your ability to attend, or if you choose not to attend for reasons unrelated to the change.
No financial refund is issued for membership fees as a result of an individual event being cancelled, postponed, or modified. See "Non-refundable" and "Event changes initiated by Endless" above for the full refund policy on tickets and membership fees.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
